Contractor agreement.
01Your status.
You are a self-employed contractor and not an employee, worker, or agent of SalesFlow. You are responsible for your own tax and National Insurance. We provide a [TBD] annual earnings statement; self-assessment is your responsibility.
02The services.
You agree to use the platform to identify and engage small-business prospects and, where appropriate, close sales of the SalesFlow website product. No minimum hours. No territory exclusivity beyond an active claim window.
03Commission.
- £50 per successful close, paid on signature.
- Credited to your wallet within seconds of confirmed signature.
- No clawback, including if the client later cancels.
- Withdrawable to a UK bank account, usually within [TBD] hours.
04Your obligations.
- Act lawfully and honestly. No misrepresentation of the product.
- Respect the business owner's time and premises.
- Log outcomes accurately in the app.
- Pass change requests to the orchestration desk, not handle them yourself.
05Our obligations.
- Provide the app, the lead queue, and demo generation.
- Operate the orchestration desk for post-sale support.
- Pay commission on signature, no clawback, no caveats.
- Make statements and records available for your self-assessment.
06Data & privacy.
See our Privacy policy. Your activity data belongs to you; you can export it at any time.
07Termination.
Either party may end this agreement at any time with [TBD] days' notice. Wallet balances remain payable. We may suspend immediately for breach (fraud, abuse, misrepresentation).
08IP & confidentiality.
Pitch techniques and general know-how are yours. Platform internals, client lists, and generator specifics are confidential.
09Dispute resolution.
We try to resolve informally first. Failing that, English law applies; disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
